I seek to im­prove the gov­ernance of com­pan­ies and en­ter­prise found­a­tions

I am Novo Nordisk Foundation Professor of Enterprise Foundations at CBS. I specialize in corporate governance as a teacher, researcher, consultant, and commentator. My research is currently focused on enterprise foundations – foundations that own business firms. My research seeks to contribute to good governance and business companies, enterprise foundations and other organizations.
