Every year, Berlingske Business highlights young talents. It happens in the special edition magazine ”Talent 100,” where the business world’s upcoming profiles are presented through a series of portraits.
On the occasion of CBS' 100th in 2017, CBS will host the Talent 100 conference and celebrate the upcoming talents at a big event with speakers, music, and networking. Learn how previous talents have managed and meet this year’s talents.
The "Talent 100" special edition of Berlingske Business will be published the day following the event, 28 April 2017.
16:00 Arrival and refreshments
16:30 Welcome by Per Holten-Andersen, President of CBS.
16:40 "De særligt udvalgte" by Peter Suppli Benson, business editor at Berlingske and moderator of today's programme. Learn how Berlingske finds the 100 talents.
16:50 "Det særlige ansvar" by Thomas F. Borgen, CEO of Danske Bank. Learn, what a top executive believes it means to be nominated a talent. What doors does it open? And does it place an obligation - to one's own career, the company, or society as a whole?
17:20 "Det særlige prædikat" by Tine Jørgensen, Chairwoman of the Danish Union of Librarians. Tine Jørgensen was appointed as a Talent 100 in 2016. What has the appointment meant to her?
17:40 "Den særlige kunst at vælge og fravælge." Meet a headhunter, a CEO, and a politician. Learn how they spot talent and gain insights into which career paths and detours they themselves have taken. Presentation and panel debate with, Christian Ørsted, consultant and author, Rikke Stampe Skov, headhunter at Odgers Berndtson, and Louise Seest, Director of CBS Business at Copenhagen Business School.
