Presentation
My research focus is leadership, leadership development and leadership of digital transformation from the perspective of the Communicative Constitution of Organisation (CCO), developed by James R. Taylor, François Cooren, Gail Fairhurst and others. This approach decenter the individual and conceive organizing to happen through communicative processes involving humans and non-humans like texts and technologies.
I am currently engaged with the VIEW project, analysing how digitalization is transforming selected Public Sector organisations and I seek to uncover how leadership itself is transformed in (and transforming) the future of work. I continue to study management learning processes, digital or otherwise.
I am a member of the Leadership Study reading and executive teaching groups at CBS and I am Academic Coordinator of Leadership Development at Master of Public Governance. I am also engaged in reforming the HD (Graduate Diploma) programme Organization and Management.
Primary research areas
Leadership
Leadership development and executive management education
