Shaping the future of business through digital transformation

I explore how digital technologies such as AI, blockchain, and platform business models transform business and society. My research helps companies, policymakers, and boards understand and navigate digital disruption.

I have been appointed national Digital Advisor (“Digital Vismand”) by the Danish Academy of Technical Sciences and serve on government councils on AI and digitalization. Through these roles, I contribute to shaping Denmark’s digital strategy and the responsible use of emerging technologies.

Beyond academia, I advise companies and serve on several boards, where I translate research into practice and strengthen digital competencies at the executive level. I also teach in CBS’s Executive MBA and board education programs, preparing leaders to make informed decisions in a digital economy.

My ambition is to ensure that organizations and society benefit from digital transformation – not just by adopting technology, but by using it wisely to create sustainable value.
