PhD defence: Christiane Mossin

In order to obtain the PhD degree, Christiane Mossin has submitted her thesis entitled: Interzones of Law and Metaphysics: Hirarchies, Logics and Foundations of Social Order seen through the Prism of EU Social Rights. The Doctoral School of Organisation and Management Studies will host a reception, which will take place immediately after the defence.

It is the purpose of the dissertation to analyse a contemporary battlefield of law, the field of EU social rights, from a political-philosophical point of view.
