HBH Prize Reception 2014

The HBH Foundation awards a marketing prize worth up to DKK 100,000 to a Danish company. Also, two Troubleshooter Prizes will be awarded for outstanding master theses written by CBS students.

Thursday, October 23, 2014 - 15:00 to 18:00

Every year, the HBH Foundation awards a marketing prize worth up to DKK 100,000 in collaboration with CBS to a company, which "in its marketing of a product or idea has attracted favourable notice through a well thought-out analysis and strategy".

Behind the award is Henrik Bødtcher-Hansen, who established the company H. B. Hansen A/S shortly after World War II and made HBH a household name within electric appliances.

The winner in 2013 was Lauritz.com.

This year CBS' President Per Holten-Andersen will announce the winner 23 October 2014 from 3pm in the Kiln Hall.

Along with the HBH prize, two Troubleshooter Prizes will be awarded for
outstanding master theses written by CBS students in dialogue with last year's winner Lauritz.com. At the prize event, Lauritz.com posed a number of business questions to the audience. Based on this, CBS students who were to write their master thesis, based their work on Lauritz.com's questions.

This years’ award winning company will pose new questions for students from CBS' graduate programmes who are to write their thesis in the spring semester 2015. Find more information here.
