Title: Corporate bond funding in the Nordics

Abstract:
We look at the main reasons driving the surge in corporate bond issuance, and how we as a bank can support our clients on their journey from being entirely dependent on bank financing to having a broader funding tool box.  We focus on some of the recent transactions to understand the background and the best practice in the execution. The Hybrid Capital market has developed into a very attractive funding source that can supplement traditional equity financing. We look into the dynamics of this market and the benefits this product offers.
