Associate professor Henrik Andersen participated on 11th December 2020 at the online debate: “The Law of the Belt and Road Initiative - A Transnational Dialogue” where he emphasized the rule of law problems for businesses involved in Belt and Road projects.
The debate was part of the STALS (Sant’Anna Legal Studies) seminars jointly organized by Sant'Anna School of Advanced Studies and the Confucius Institute of Pisa.
