Presentation

I am postdoctoral researcher with the Netcareers Project, where I study the relationship between networks, the labor market, and social mobility. I completed a PhD in Sociology at Yale University in Spring 2021 where I examined the effects of workers’ social interactions on earnings and workplace gender disparities. I have also been involved with several projects examining how the pandemic has changed work and workplace inequalities.
