Johanna is a postdoctoral researcher in the Department of Strategy and Innovation at the Copenhagen Business School. In her research, she studies how decision-makers in science and innovation evaluate novel ideas and how the outcome of their decisions affects scientists’ and innovators’ innovation efforts. More recently, she has been particularly interested in how scientists re-orient their research efforts after having their ideas rejected. Johanna mostly conducts quantitative research using observational data.
