Workshop on HR analytics for HR Business Partners at Novo Nordisk

On April 29, 2015, HCA group facilitated an analytics workshop for the Novo Nordisk HR Business Partners together with their HR Analytics COE team. The workshop highlighted the importance and relevance of analytics in the HR field and provided a crash-course in statistics. After the event the participating business partners had the opportunity to work in groups to come up with potential future HR analytics projects. These representative questions were asked in the workshop: “What factors lead to stress among Novo Nordisk’s employees?”, “How does expatriation affect career development in Novo Nordisk?” and “What skills will Novo Nordisk be needing in the future?”.
