My main interest is how organizations and companies navigate in a global and complex world. I am particularly interested in how organizations are affected by the outside world, the culture in organizations and the structure. I have been particularly interested in the mentioned phenomena and worked with it through smaller research projects, in consultancy work and in connection with presentations that I have given primarily to public, private and municipal managers.
Throughout my career, I have given presentations and courses for managers, taught political science and administration, been a consultant on development projects in the education sector and worked independently as a presenter and consultant.
I have worked as SPS support for vulnerable students, and through this job have taken pedagogical development courses in inclusive learning, study techniques and coping strategies, which can be used in collaboration with the vulnerable groups. So they can achieve an attachment to their studies and better manage their everyday life at the studies.
