Presentation and academic fields

My academic interests are within digital tranformation, project management, research methods and strategic communication in the platform society.

Lars has been at part-time employee at CBS since 2015. He has previously tought courses on strategic communication and digital organizing/organisation. Currently he teaches courses that focus on organisational theory and practice and research design for project managers.
 

Professional and/or academic experience

Lars is today CEO of Digital TECHstur. A consultancy company that focuses on helping decision making and impact in businesses (with a particular interest in techdriven enterprises) by providing analysis and strategic communication consultancy.

Lars has experience from management positions. Recently he was the director of Cyber Hub, The Danish Cybersecurity Hub.

Lars was formerly an associate professor in strategic communication at Aalborg University, Copenhagen. Before this position Lars was head of Research for New Media at the Danish School of Media and Journalism.

Lars holds a PhD in Digital Media, Communication & Culture. The primary focus of his research has been to explore how digital and social media transform and affect strategic communication, organisational practice and organisational sensemaking
