I am an External Lecturer at the Department of Organization at Copenhagen Business School (CBS), Denmark. I hold a MBA in General Management and a PhD degree from CBS (IOA) titled ‘Partnership Drift in Innovation processes’. Since my PhD in 2014, I have continuously observed the transformation to clean and environmentally friendlier technology products and the partnerships created in relation, though my work has been related to my own company and consulting assignments.
My teaching focuses for the time being on organization theory and philosophy of science. But I also enjoy teaching organisational psychology, project management, strategy and leadership. I care deeply about teaching, helping students being better learners, and pay attention to how we at CBS create learning spaces the allows for efficient and productive learning from within and in between students. The Nordic Nine is in this relation an important element, which I take into account as I ongoing observe, practice and reflect on my teaching skills.
I supervise Master Thesis students, who focus on qualitative studies of organization and innovation theory, such as:
