Merete Permin has worked as a program manager for massive digitalization programs for an extended period. Her competencies and interests are project management in general, focusing on the leadership role, teambuilding, shareholder management, change management, portfolio management, and business development. She has experience with project models such as SAFe, Prince2, Staten's IT model, etc.
Furthermore, Merete has a solid background in controlling, tender competencies, and contract management. She has also taught accounting at CBS for a couple of years and in project management for an extended period.

Merete Permin has been teaching project management for more than 20 years. She has been teaching project management in volunteer organizations as well as working in the area in both private and public organizations.
Merete has experience developing courses at CBS in teaching design using the AGES model. Moreover, she also has a well-developed leadership program in an NGO organization.
She also supervises the HD programs. She has a mentor, coaching, and facilitator education in her teaching.
