Teach market research methodology. Have special interests and competencies within applied market research approaches to segmentation, communication, product development, customer loyalty and customer experience management.
Professional and/or academic experience
Frequent speaker at the Direct Marketing Associations annual conference in the USA, the Dialogue Conference in Sweden and various national seminars and webinars.
Pedagogical experience/method skills/supervision
Have taught market research methodology at CBS since 2013 and supervised students on their master's thesis within marketing theory and marketing research since 2014. Have completed mandatory courses in teaching and thesis supervision.
