Presentation and academic fields

I work at the intersection between Innovation Management, Business Development, Operations Management and Strategic Management. As such, I don’t have deep specialized knowledge within a single academic field as I believe that real-life problems only can be understood and solved by applying multiple perspectives that complement each-other.

Professional and/or academic experience

I have more than 20 years experience as a researcher, teacher, and supervisor in higher education. My current research interests are concerned with the implementation and application of Industrie 4.0 in companies and organizations as well as the impact of Industrie 4.0 on the business models of companies. I have worked with a broad range of different organizational types ranging from Health Care to Public Administration to Industrial Production.
