Presentation

I am an Assistant Professor at the Department of International Economics, Government, and Business. My research interests include the intersection between International Business, politics, and development. In my research, I investigate how the political environment influences international business operations and international strategic behavior. I placed a particular focus on migration, political dynamics, and political risk. Additionally, I look into development effects of international business operations. So far, my research was published in the Journal of International Business Policy, the Academy of Management Proceedings, and the Progress in International Business Research. I also serve at the Editorial Review Board of the Global Strategy Journal.

Primary research areas

• Firm internationalization
