Glob­al Value Chain Law
I’m in­ter­ested in how value chains cre­ate and ar­tic­u­late their own norms and stand­ards, between private and pub­lic law.
Ag­ri­cul­ture and Food Pro­duc­tion
I’m in­ter­ested in how the law can shape so­cio-phe­nom­ena and be shaped by them, es­pe­cially re­gard­ing food and wine pro­duc­tion.

I’m a PhD fellow at the Department of Business Humanities and Law, Copenhagen Business School, Denmark. My research examines viniculture and the wine industry global value chains in Brazil and Chile in a comparative perspective. 

I hold a Law Degree from the Higher Education Center IESB (Brazil), and a Master of Laws in Agrarian Law from the Federal University of Goiás (UFG – Brazil). I have practical and research experience in constitutional and administrative law, intellectual property rights, food sovereignty, biodiversity and seeds. 

My academic work uses critical and systems theory to help understand and resolve social challenges. I use qualitative methods to create a nuanced diagnosis of the field and to challenge established theoretical concepts, blendind pratical solutions and theory building.

Glob­al Value Chain Law (GLOB­AL­VALUE) 

GLOB­AL­VALUE stud­ies the reg­u­la­tion of Glob­al Value Chains through a so­cio-leg­al ap­proach. Fin­anced by an ERC Ad­vance grant.
