While employed as a CFO, I managed two M&A disposal processes and a turnaround project. I am now self-employed as a consultant in CFOservices.dk.
I provide CFO services to various SME companies & advice to CEOs & Boards:
• Corporate turnaround & cost-saving projects
• Preparation for potential M&A transactions
• Writing Information Memoranda for M&A projects
• Improvement in financial controls & financial reporting
• Design & implementation of new accounting systems
• Establishment in new territories & consolidation of the financial statements

Lecturer of the Financial Accounting & Reporting module for IBPOL. I have previously taught Financial Accounting for BSc in International Business, IBSOC and for Masters and MBA students.
