CBS Law and the Department of Management, Politics and Philosophy at CBS hereby invite you to a mini-conference on the theme of Relational Contract Management.

Presentations are scheduled for 45 minutes with a 15 minute break after each talk.

14.30-15.15: Oliver Hart, professor at Harvard, Nobel laureate in economics (2016), and David Frydlinger, partner at law firm Lindahl
A new approach to contracting.

'We are working on the idea that rather than writing very detailed contracts parties should instead try to get on the same page concerning how unanticipated events will be dealt with. Emphasizing fairness, honesty, communication in the contract is one way to do this.'
