eGovernment Monitor (eGovMon)
Abstract:
eGovMon will deliver a prototype implementation of a large scale, online observatory for benchmarking eGovernment services. The eGovMon online resource will deliver an up-to-date assessment of the current eGovernment implementation, providing access to the past results and allow for both reflection on the past progress and exploration of the future trends. Over a dozen organizations from private and public sector in Norway, Belgium, Denmark, and Italy will collaborate with more than 20 Norwegian municipalities and counties to build and test the eGovMon components.eGovMon will pave the way for an international network initiated from a Norwegian example.eGovMon is a project co-funded by the Research Council of Norway under the VERDIKT program.
