Abstract:

The aim of this Industrial PhD project is to analyse possibility inhibition in governance and practical courses of actions for governance under new reforms. The project investigates how senior management and institution management can be practiced in the complex future reform landscape and how management measures and management practices affect the relationship between the initiating political and administrative reform actors at the national level and the implementing parties in regions, municipalities and welfare institutions.
