Peter Koerver Schmidt spoke at FSR Annual Tax Conference on domiciling corporations for tax purposes

Yesterday, Professor Peter Koerver Schmidt gave a presentation at the Annual International Tax Conference organized by FSR - danske revisorer – (Danish Auditors).
Based on some of his published research, Peter spoke about the legal challenges when it comes to locating where corporations should be considered domiciled for Danish tax purposes as well as for tax treaty purposes.
