Assistant Professor Yvette Lind from CBS LAW has published a paper on British Association of Comparative Law.
Her paper titled: ‘“No Taxation Without Representation” – Reflections over Democratic Disparities Associated to Globally Mobile Taxpayers’ concerns the impact of taxation on citizenship in light of globalization and increased taxpayer mobility. The democratic implications of Brexit is addressed as an illustrative example.
