Valentina Tartari and H.C. Kongsted have been awarded a National Bureau of Economic Research grant

Department of Strategy and Innovation researchers Valentina Tartari and H.C. Kongsted have been awarded a National Bureau of Economic Research grant of USD 10,000 under the initiative on “Advancing the Science of Science Funding,” sponsored by the Alfred P. Sloan Foundation. The grant is given to “facilitate research collaborations between researchers and user organizations, such as private or public research funders or universities or other research organizations employing scientists.” Tartari and Kongsted will pursue their project on “The Impact of Funding Proposals’ Acceptance or Rejection on the Rate and Direction of Scientific Progress” in collaboration with the Novo Nordisk Foundation.
