Commencement lecture by professor Mette Morsing

Many companies are increasingly involved in social responsibility and the first Danish professor of Corporate Social Responsibility, Mette Morsing, is giving a commencement lecture at CBS on Tuesday, 18th September. She is speaking about "The Challenge of Corporate Social Responsibility".

Head of the Center for Corporate Values and Responsibilities

In the last 15 years, Mette Morsing has been researching the topics of ethics, leadership, identity, and corporate communication. As head of the Center for Corporate Values and Responsibilities, she has, in the last 5 years, related these areas to companies' social responsibility.

Mette Morsing has published a series of international articles for books and journals about these topics. Her latest books are entitled "Corporate Social Responsibility", written together with professor Andrew Kakabadse and published by Palgrave MacMillan, and "Corporate Communications: Convention, Critique and Complexity", which is released by Sage Publications later this year and was written in collaboration with professor Lars Thøger Christensen and professor George Cheney from Utah University.
