A new a tool for companies 

Ethnography has recently become a buzzword in marketing and management circles. In his new book ‘Ethnography at work” Professor and Anthropologist Brian Moeran (Department of Intercultural Communication and Management) describes ethnography as a methodology useful to anyone intent on successful management. He demonstrates how ethnography can travel beyond the academic realm and be used by business employees to heighten their understanding of their companies.
