Copenhagen as city of knowledge

Nanna Mik-Meyer joins the think tank

It has to be easier to start or run a business in Copenhagen – and the Municipality of Copenhagen has to play a greater role in supporting greater internationalisation and commercial development of the city. To facilitate this process Mayor Ritt Bjerregaard has created a think tank, which is to spearhead the vision of Copenhagen as an international metropolis of knowledge.

The think tank will be headed by pro-vice chancellor Lykke Friis (Copenhagen University) and also consists of assistant professor Nanna Mik-Meyer from CBS,  as well as Alfred Josefsen, Administrative Director of Irma and Lene Lange, Head of Research at Novozymes.
