Chinese Excecutives attend lectures at CBS

Last week 26 members of the Chinese government participated in a training programme taught by researchers at CBS. This is the second year that members of the Chinese government participate in the
China Executive Leadership Programme co arranged by Cambridge University, Trinity College, UK and CBS represented by
Asian Research Centre and
International Center for Business and Politics.

During the stay in Denmark the Chinese ministers met the Danish Prime Minister Anders Fogh Rasmussen, as well as visited the royal Danish family, and a series of business enterprises and organisations. The program at CBS contained a full day of lectures by Professors Lars Bo Kaspersen, Peer Hull Kristensen og Ove K. Pedersen, all from CBP. The training programme is scheduled to run for several years and to include all the members of the Chinese government.

The programme commenced with a gala dinner at Masters Hall, TrinityCollege, CambridgeUniversity with participants from CambridgeUniversity and CBS. Besides the politicians this year’s participants also counted top executive management from leading Chinese corporations, financial institutions and research units.
