Associate professor Signe Vikkelsø is appointed chairman for the Committee for Psychosocial Cancer Research

From the 1st of January 2013 Associate Professor Signe Vikkelsø will take the Chairman post at the Committee for Psychosocial Cancer Research at the Danish Cancer Society.
The main focus of the committee is to manage the division of funds (around 4 million DKK) allocated to the area of psychosocial research. Recipients counts both cancer researchers in Denmark and cancer researchers that undertake research abroad with the aim of bringing results back to Denmark.
