Guest lecture by John Dumbrell (University of Leicester) hosted by the Center for the Study of the Americas.

In this guest lecture John Dumbrell will discuss the foreign policy contest between George W. Bush and John Kerry in 2004. He will address the question of whether there exists a consensus in this area now and whether the election of John Kerry would have made any difference.
