The Future of the Patent System

The Danish Board of Technology has set up a cross disciplinary working group to give the patent system a "service check". The purpose is to examine whether the patent system functions in accordance with its purpose and intentions - and to give recommendations for the future development of the system.

Programme

At the seminar, the working group will present its recommendations for the future development of the patent system. The following experts will present their comments on the recommendations:
