The Business Plan – give form to the business idea

The business plan is imperative when you seek external financing for your business idea, because potential investors decide if they want to proceed with negotiations based on the business plan. In this seminar the participants will be guided through the elements of the business plan, so that they have a clear understanding of the demands for a business plan.

In the workshop’s writing shop, the participants will be introduced to a system that helps evaluate the quality of a business plan.  The system uses several key criteria which will help the participants identify any areas of improvement.

Speakers:

Jesper Bove-Nielsen was previously an Investment Manager at Teknologisk Innovation A/S as well as a Principle Consultant with PriceWaterhouseCoopers.  He co-authored "E-business - digitale forretningsstrategier" (1999) and "Corporate Kindergarten – sæt innovation og talent i spil" (2003).

Christian Drachmann, Integrations- & Program Manager, Dong A/S.Christian Drachmann currently works with DONG and has been involved with Venture Cup for more than a year.  Christian has developed his own system to help evaluate business plans.
