Knowledge-intensive and innovative companies are characterized by a

significant dependence on in-depth professional expertise and the ongoing

development of employee capabilities.

The difference between knowledge-intensive organizations and the more

traditional companies can be found in the management and leadership of

the talent mass and its interactions.

For a number of years, Scandinavia has been a hot-bed for such companies

and we believe that Scandinavian leadership style can contribute greatly to

this area.

This is why CBS Executive has chosen Mads Øvlisen as one of the foremost

ambassadors for this unique leadership style.

We welcome him and all of you to this exciting CBS Executive Event.
