Seminar arranged by ASP, IKL and ARC

The Asian Studies Programme (ASP), Department of Intercultural Communication and Management (IKL), Asia Research Centre (ARC) in collaboration with the Japanese Embassy in Copenhagen have the pleasure of inviting to a seminar on ‘Changing values and lifestyles in Japan and their impact on the Japanese market’.

Presenter is Ms. Mariko Fujiwara, educated anthropologist from New York State University, PhD from Stanford University and longstanding experience on Japan, consumer preferences and trends, changes in values among others. Mariko Fujiwara is now working in a senior position as part of the market research branch at the second largest advertising agency in Japan, while she is in the board at many commissions, committees etc.

The seminar will be opened by the Ambassador of Japan. Prof. Brian Moeran will moderate the discussion taking place after the presentation.

Following the seminar, ASP, IKL, ARC and the Japanese Embassy in Copenhagen would like to invite participants to a small reception with wine and traditional Japanese food (sushi) in the CBS Canteen at the Porcelæns site (‘Ovnhallerne’ in Danish).
