Grant to PhD-program

The PhD-Program in Organizational Analyses (POA) has received a grant of 1 mio. kroner from the Danish Agency for Science, Technology and Innovation. The purpose is to extent the program's international contacts and to support the Ph.D. fellows economically during their stay at a university abroad.
The Department of Organization's "PhD-Program in Organizational Analyses" (POA) was established in 1999 (under the name Researcher Development Center).
The POA addresses organizational prossesses and dynamics in general and has a strong tradition for rooting theoretical analyses in empirical studies of concrete public/private/NGO companies and organizations and their interfaces.
