Thresholds, bureaucracy and language: Failure or opportunity in EU regulation of public procurement

Associate professor at the CBS Law Department and member of the Public-Private Platform Grith Skovgaard Ølykke has arranged a public lecture with Pedro Telles, Lecturer at Bangor University Law School taking place the 12th of November 2012.
Pedro Telles is teaching Media Law, European Legal Systems and Startup Law. He is also a public procurement specialist at the INTERREG funded €3.7 million Winning in Tendering project.
His research interests are focused in competitive dialogue, low value procurement and procurement of innovation. He is a regularly speaker at international conferences on such topics.
