Get your employees fired up and use your business to its full potential.

New research shows that when a business strategy makes sense, the company creates better results. The idea is to make the get the employees fired up and to develop strategic energy throughout the entire organisation.

A new book called Strategi med mening (Strategy with meaning), which is based on comprehensive research, focuses on working with strategies in Danish businesses. The book provides companies, that want more successful business strategies, with inspiration and new knowledge.

- Top managers, mid-level managers, and employees must feel that the strategy of their business is right, reasonable, and necessary in relation to the specific situational and developmental needs of the company. In addition, the important thing is to make the get the employees fired up and to develop strategic energy throughout the entire organisation, says Flemming Poulfelt, Professor at Copenhagen Business School, who has written the book together with Mark Holst-Mikkelsen.

Use your business to its full potential

‘Strategy with meaning’ looks into the problem of businesses investing a lot of time, energy, and resources on developing and implementing new strategies—without necessarily reaching their full potential. In fact, Danish businesses only reach 60% of their full potential.

The book features documented knowledge, useful examples, and practical management experience that provide the reader with a more precise understanding of the challenges that Danish businesses face with regards to developing and implementing business strategies.

The target group of the book are executives and others who want to contribute to reaching the objectives of their business.
