Policies for developing the design industry in the Nordic Region

Dominic Power, Johan Jansson and Mark Lorenzen will soon launch a new report that explores how the design industry in the Nordic countries can be helped and supported. The report addresses the problem and challenges that the business side of design face today and it stresses the importance of international and regional corporation (and competition) in laying the framework for the design industries' development. It is a first step by the Nordic Council of Ministers in writing cultural industrial policy on design industry.
