Participation in EIASM Conference in Helsinki, Finland

The 7th workshop on ‘International Strategy and Cross Cultural Management’ was held at Helsinki School of Economics from September 25th-26th 2009. The research group was represented by Anne-Marie Søderberg and Martine Cardel Gertsen.
The presented a paper entitled Cultural Learning Processes in Globalizing Companies – A Narrative Approach to the Development of Cultural Intelligence, focusing on cultural learning processes in the context of international companies.
