International award to CBS professors

Associate Professor Anne Martensen and Professor Lars Grønholdt from the Department of Marketing have received the Best Paper Award for the paper “How quality and service drive brand equity”.
The paper was presented on the 12th International Conference on Quality and Service Sciences (ICQSS), which was held on 27-29 August 2009 in Verona, Italy. The conference was a joint effort between four universities: Lund University (Sweden), Linköping University (Sweden), Toulon University (France) and Verona University (Italy).
Approx 200 people attended the conference, and 175 research papers were presented.
