Sara Vardi
Presentation

Sara Vardi holds an MSc in Business Administration and Economics from Copenhagen Business School (Human Resource Management concentration) and a BSc in International Business and Politics also from CBS.

Her dissertation research focuses on talent and Talent Management, specifically how to identify talent, the dynamics of human- and social capital in the talent selection stage, and how Talent Management contributes to the transformation of individual KSAOs into strategic human capital resources.

She is also a member of the Human Capital Analytics Group (www.cbs.dk/hc-analytics), conducting research in collaboration with large Danish organizations and advising them on how to utilize analytics to help inform people-related decisions.

Sara teaches courses at the Master’s level for example Human Capital Analytics at the cand.merc.HRM program.
