I have been a Business Advisor for the CEMS Masters of International Management (MIM) Program since 2015. My role is to coach teams of 4-5 MIM students through the semester-long business projects. Examples include: Market entry and expansion strategy for a large European HRO vendor; Development of cost-modeling tool for large shipping company; Outsourcing location assessment for large pharma concern; Increasing market insights in product development for a global consumer electronics company.
Outside of my role as Business Advisor, I am a Senior Director-Analyst at Gartner. I cover IT and business services markets. Advising IT service providers on market opportunities, go-to-market and differentiation strategies. My coverage includes digital and business consulting services, CRM/CX services, location assessment including nearshoring/offshoring, application services, business process services (BPS), and hyperautomation services.
