I teach philosophy of science and qualitative methods at the HA.Kom program.
I supervise 1st year group projects at the HA.Kom program.
I teach a supervision course for teachers offered by Teaching & Learning.
I am part of the editing group of DUT, The Danish Journal of University Pedagogy.
As project manager and instructional designer, I have developed e-learning for a wide range of employees for 10 years, e.g. for employees in Maersk, Novo Nordisk, Vestas, Carlsberg, Coop, F.L. Schmidt, The Danish Foreign Ministry. In this role, I have got insight into the engine room of some of the most interesting Danish organisations and contributed to develop these organisations by creating courses based on learning needs analyses.
As a educational developer and project manager at CBS, I am deeply involved in how we can help students to grow and learn through their CBS journey.
As a senior educational developer in Teaching & Learning, CBS, through 9 years, I have profound knowledge and experience with university pedagogy, learning systems and tools as well as the university as an organisation.
As part of a pedagogical unit, I update and develop my competencies and skills regularly both formally and informally.
