About
Primary research areas
Making sense of digital life to create more human-centered futures.
My research explores how digital platforms, AI, and emerging technologies influence identity, behavior, and well-being. I am motivated by the question of how technology can empower individuals and organizations while minimizing risks of exclusion, bias, or harm.
At Copenhagen Business School, I work on projects that address societal challenges such as digital self-image, colorism, and the responsible use of AI in teaching and learning. Through these initiatives, I contribute to creating inclusive, ethical, and sustainable digital futures.
As a researcher and educator, I am committed to bridging academic insights with societal relevance. My teaching integrates digital transformation and analytics with a focus on critical reflection, equipping students to navigate and shape the rapidly changing world of work.
I also contribute to academic citizenship by organizing interdisciplinary workshops and international collaborations that connect researchers, practitioners, and policymakers around shared digital challenges.
