Frances is a sustainability leader with international experience in management consulting and corporate sustainability. She currently leads Sustainability & ESG Services at KPMG in Denmark, serves on the CSR Committee at FSR Danish Auditors, and is a member of Accountancy Europe’s Sustainable Finance Working Group.

Prior to her current role, Frances led sustainability reporting at A.P. Moller - Maersk, where she also worked with sustainability governance, strategy, and integration. She was one the first 30 employees instrumental in the startup of a Big Four audit and advisory firm in Europe, which has grown to over 700 in five years' time.

Working with companies across industries, from the financial sector, to pharmaceutical and industrial production industries, Frances has expertise working with sustainability strategy, governance, reporting and assurance, sustainability/ESG data, climate change, and sustainable finance.

Frances has driven international and multi-stakeholder collaboration on thought leadership, innovation, and new tool development on the topics of materiality, human rights, and climate change.
