Peder Korsgaard holds a MSc in Economics, specialized in Finance, from University of Copenhagen (cand.polit. med specialisering i finansiering).
Fields of interest include valuation of listed and unlisted companies and projects, Private Equity, Infrastructure Project Finance, Private Credit, Real Estate Finance, capital structuring, Corporate Finance in general.
Peder is currently employed as a part time external lecturer at CBS. In addition, Peder is employed as Director, Head of Unlisted Valuation & Reporting at PFA Asset Management, where he manages the unlisted valuation team responsible for continuous valuation of PFA’s diverse DKK ~135bn unlisted portfolio consisting of private equity, infrastructure, private credit and real estate investments.
Previously Peder has worked as an adviser and senior economist in various cases including M&A transactions.
• Supervised (supervision and grading) Finance Projects in the Economics and Business Administration program (HA Almen).
• Lectured a series of lectures (capital costs, capital structure, financial planning) in the Finance for the Economics and Business Administration program (HA Almen).
• Teaching Assistant for exercise classes in Industrial Organization at economics program on University of Copenhagen (2013).
