Lone Samuelsson holds an MSc in Economics (cand. polit) from Copenhagen University and a Bachelor of Philosophy from Copenhagen Open University.
Her fields of interest comprehend a wide range of subjects of economics including (most relevant in relation to CBS) Corporate Finance, Applied Finance, International Finance and Financing of Real Estate. In more private setting (and relevant for RUC) Lone’s field of interest is Circular Economy, Economy of Sustainability and Social Entrepreneurship.
Her main interest is to impart to students an understanding of the importance of Finance and Economics in general in almost all aspects of life.
Lone is currently employed as an External Lectur-er at the Department of Finance at CBS.
Currently she is also employed as an external lecturer at RUC.
She has worked in the financial sector as controller and project manager and in an IT company providing systems for portfolio managers as a consultant.
At CBS Lone has taught lectures and exercise classes in Finance for BSc in Economics and Business Administration programs (HA, JUR and PSYK).
She has graded home assignments and exams for the following BSc lines (HA, JUR, EB and PSYK) and for Graduate Diploma (HD 2. Del).
She has supervised and graded projects for BSc lines (HA, JUR, PRO, IB) and MSc lines (CFIR, CASC, CFSM) and for Graduate Diploma (HD 2. Del).
Lone is often used for ad hoc tasks as regrading.
At RUC Lone has taught the following subjects:

• Project Management
She has supervised a wide range of project both for bachelors and masters both in English and Danish.
