Jonas Kiil Pedersen holds a MSc in Economics and Business Administration (cand. merc. i finansiering og regnskab) from Copenhagen Business School.
Fields of interest include M&A, valuation and valuation models, Incentive models, Private Equity and Real Estate investments, LBOs and capital structure.
Currently employed as Associate Director at Solstra Capital Partners - an independent investment advisory and management firm. Besides that, part time employed as External Lecturer at the Department of Finance, Copenhagen Business School.
Several years of experience within the space of investments, spanning from a more broad asset allocation approach at a large Danish Pension fund to a more hands-on approach within Private Equity and Real Estate development investments at Solstra Capital Partners and Solstra Development.
Former Teaching Assistant (exercise classes and lectures) and External Lecturer (lectures) in finance for the BSc in Economics and Business Administration programme (HA almen), BSc in Business Administration and European Business (HA i europæisk business) and Business Administration and Psychology (HA.psyk.) and Supervisor (supervision and grading) on Bachelor projects for the Business Administration and European Business (HA i europæisk business).
